Civil Collaborative Law Symposium: Bringing Healing to Law and Medicine, April 7, 2010 in San Francisco (Jan. 28, 2010)

This symposium is co-sponsored by several ABA Sections, and is offered in conjunction with the ABA Section of Dispute Resolution 2010 Conference
This all day symposium, running from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Hyatt Regency Embarcadero I in San Francisco, aims to create an environment for interested professionals to come together to share ideas, rethink processes and practices, and enhance learning regarding collaborative practices, focusing on health care/adverse medical events; collaboration across professions; and exploration of other arenas and successes in the use of collaborative law practices.
Cost is $125 for attendees of the ABA Dispute Resolution Section Spring Conference, and $195 for all other attendees. Registration includes program materials, light breakfast, and the luncheon.
