2017 began as a year of intensive action for CP Cal. The Board of Directors adopted several key initiatives that will continue into 2018 and beyond:
- Developed a new, more effective CPCal website to maximize our ability to be found by professionals and the public seeking our services
- Coordination of NorCal and SoCal PEC in order to unify our message and maximize our effectiveness
- Support for conference attendance by providing needs-based scholarships for conference attendance
- Update and enhancement of Divorce Options™ and Trusts & Estates Options™ public education programs
- Enhanced Professional Outreach program
- We are in the process of expanding our non-profit status by incorporating a 501(c)3 designation to expand our long-term fund development capacity
Please remember that CP Cal relies on fundraising to underwrite the cost of its day-to-day operations. With your help during the past year the CPCal Fund Development Committee was able to raise in excess of $51,000, supporting our organization as a whole as well funding the Public Education Committee (PEC) initiative.
